Data Analyst

As a Junior/Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will work closely with our senior analysts and business teams to collect, process, and analyze data to support decision-making. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for data, strong analytical thinking, and a desire to grow in a dynamic IT environment., Data Collection & Processing:

• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets)
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create reports and visualizations (dashboards, charts) using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Assist in generating business insights to support decision-making

Database & Querying:

• Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing databases

Collaboration & Support:

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends
• Support senior analysts in advanced analytics projects

• 0-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic or internship projects welcome to apply)
• Technical Skills:
• Exposure to the financial domain is a plus, not required
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying
• Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Basic understanding of Python or R (optional but beneficial)
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Communication: Ability to explain data insights clearly
• Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to grow in a fast-paced IT environment, * Internship or academic projects involving data analysis
• Familiarity with statistical concepts
