AGILE COACH - PORTFOLIO TRANSFORMATION - Contract Role

London-based

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a team of 5 Agile Coaches driving organisational transformation. You'll embed within delivery workstreams, coach teams and leadership through Agile maturity, and establish best-practice ways of working across Delivery and Operations functions.

Reinvigorate workforce velocity and build sustainable Agile delivery capability at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and coach delivery workstreams to improve Agile execution
  • Embed within teams; drive Agile maturity and sustainable practice change
  • Establish and embed Agile best practices across multiple teams
  • Partner with Portfolio Director to define and roll out standardized ways of working
  • Build internal capability and coaching culture for lasting transformation
  • Drive measurable improvements in team velocity and delivery predictability
  • Influence change within complex operational environments

WHO YOU ARE

Essential:

  • Proven Agile coaching experience at scale (multiple teams/programmes)
  • Strong leadership presence and credibility
  • Experience embedding Agile practices and driving adoption
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Track record improving team velocity and delivery outcomes
  • Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management

Desirable:

  • Agile/Scrum certification (CAL, CSM, PMC, or equivalent)
  • Experience transforming large operational functions
  • Portfolio or programme-level coaching experience
