Business Intelligence Developer

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data solutions using the Microsoft BI stack, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and usability across the business., * Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Write, optimise and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries within SQL Server environments.
• Extract, transform and analyse data from multiple business systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage and prioritise reporting requests through a ticketing/work queue system.
• Take full ownership of BI tickets from initial request through to successful delivery.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and governance standards are maintained.
• Document reporting logic, data models and business rules.
• Collaborate with wider technology and business teams to deliver effective reporting solutions., If you're a BI Developer with strong SQL Server and Power BI skills and enjoy taking ownership of reporting solutions from requirement through to delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

• Experience working with the Microsoft BI stack, including:

• SQL Server

• T-SQL

• SSIS

• Power BI

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience managing requests through ticketing or service management systems.

Ability to take ownership and deliver complete reporting solutions end-to-end.

Knowledge of dimensional modelling and Kimball methodology.

Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS advantageous).
