Job description
We're looking for an early-career software engineer who enjoys building software, learning new technologies, and solving real business problems. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced software engineers to develop enterprise applications that leverage modern AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. This role is designed for developers who have a strong technical foundation and want to grow their skills in enterprise software development, cloud technologies, and practical AI implementation., * Develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications.
- Assist with building AI-enabled business solutions.
- Integrate applications with APIs and cloud services.
- Collaborate with senior developers on application design and implementation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve existing applications.
- Learn modern software engineering and AI development best practices.
- Contribute to documentation and technical standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
We're looking for developers who are passionate about building quality software and continuously learning. You don't need years of AI experience. We're far more interested in candidates with strong programming fundamentals, curiosity, and a desire to learn how modern AI can be used to build better business applications., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of professional software development experience (internships and co-ops considered).
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Familiarity with Git and source control.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and SQL.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
- The physical activity and work environment for this role includes
- Travel as needed
- Standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time in an office environment
- Manual dexterity in the use of computers and other equipment
- Lift and carry office equipment

Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Personal, academic, or professional experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.

Experience building personal or open-source software projects.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Exposure to modern web development frameworks such as React or .NET.

Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
