Job description

We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Salesforce development, API integrations, and customizing CRM platforms to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and deliver exceptional user experiences., As our Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for custom Salesforce development, building integrations with third-party applications, and supporting the continuous improvement of our CRM. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable solutions., * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions for Sales and Experience Cloud.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration tools.
  • Support the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
  • Write and optimize SOQL and SQL queries to ensure efficient data management.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and implement Salesforce best practices.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of Salesforce developer experience, including at least 2 years working on Salesforce API integrations.
  • Location: Ability to be in our office in Richardson, TX, 5 days a week

Technical Skills:

  • Salesforce customization with Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce Automation Tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows).
  • Strong SOQL/SQL knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and Microsoft Power BI preferred.
  • Experience with FileMaker, Aspire, and MS Office is a plus.

Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.
