Job description

  • Overall 8+ Years of Experience.
  • Experience supporting OT/IT integration environments or hybrid operational technology and enterprise IT systems.
  • Experience analyzing application vulnerabilities and developing remediation plans for hosted application environments.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux application hosting environments.
  • Experience supporting virtual machine-hosted enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of patch management, package management, software lifecycle management, and dependency remediation.
  • Experience with TLS/SSL, certificates, cipher suites, and secure communication configuration. Experience with Java, OpenJDK, Apache, Log4j, OpenSSL, or similar enterprise middleware technologies.
  • Understanding of Microsoft security updates, SQL Server components, database drivers, and application dependencies.
  • Ability to interpret vulnerability scan results and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors on application remediation efforts. Strong technical documentation and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Categorize vulnerabilities by remediation type, technology, ownership, and implementation approach.
  • Identify remediation actions including software updates, patches, package upgrades, Java updates, certificate replacement, TLS/cipher configuration, database driver updates, and vendor-provided fixes.
