Connected Logistics seeks an OCM and Training Lead to maximize adoption of USSOCOM EKM capabilities through structured change management, communication planning, role-based training, readiness support, and user enablement. This role leads organizational change strategy, training program design, communications, adoption measurement, and transition support for enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) tools, workflows, and modernization initiatives., * Design and execute a role-based Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and Change Champion program aligned with Prosci methodologies and Joint KM guidance, equipping internal USSOCOM KM practitioners with instructional materials, collaborative tools training, and facilitation skills required to lead localized capability rollouts and foster sustained knowledge-sharing behaviors.
- Lead OCM strategy and training planning for USSOCOM EKM initiatives, system rollouts, and workflow changes.
- Develop role-based training programs, user guides, communications, and adoption resources for KM platforms, repositories, dashboards, and business processes.
- Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change-impact assessments to reduce transition friction and improve adoption.
- Coordinate and deliver training for collaborative tools, KM competencies, and process changes supporting the enterprise.
- Support communication campaigns, workshops, working groups, and engagement efforts that promote knowledge-sharing behaviors and collaboration.
- Gather user feedback and performance data and translate findings into improved workflows, documentation, and support strategies.
- Coordinate with platform, KM, records, and process teams to ensure training and change activities reinforce governance and enterprise standards.
- Produce training materials, communication products, adoption metrics, and status reports supporting sustained organizational use.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, training, communications, and/or an equivalent combination of education, military service, and professional experience.
- Prosci certification required.
- Agile, ATD, ITIL, or related certifications preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise training and user adoption programs in federal or DoD environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration technologies, KM practices, and adult learning methods.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting technology rollouts, process changes, and enterprise adoption measurement.
- Experience supporting USSOCOM, Joint, Combatant Command, or Special Operations organizations is preferred.
- Willing and able to travel as required.
Clearance Requirement
- Must hold at minimum Active Secret (Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred)

This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
