Job description

The client is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support software products by serving as the primary liaison between customers, field support teams, and product development. This role focuses on managing product support, software change requests, customer feedback, product enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software products, business analysis, and cloud-based technologies, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and field service teams regarding product implementation, customization, and support.

  • Coordinate with product development engineers to track software design, development, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate customer and field feedback to product teams.
  • Identify, document, and manage software defects, reliability issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate software change requests throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support product integration efforts and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and field support organizations.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor software issue resolution and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with product adoption, customer engagement, and continuous product improvement initiatives., * Partner with product development teams to prioritize and communicate software enhancements.
  • Manage customer-reported issues through resolution.
  • Coordinate software change requests and product improvement initiatives.
  • Support product implementations and customer adoption.
  • Participate in business analysis, requirements validation, and UAT activities.
  • Ensure effective communication between customers, support teams, and engineering.

Team Environment

  • Collaborate across three product teams.
  • Work closely with approximately 15 team members supporting software products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and 8 10 years of experience will also be considered.
  • Background supporting software products, cloud applications, or enterprise IT solutions.
