Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution for a large-scale enterprise Agile program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating multiple Agile teams, driving Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery within a SAFe environment., * Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and ceremonies.

  • Plan and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and stakeholders to align business objectives with delivery.
  • Monitor ART progress, delivery metrics, and team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops and Agile best practices.
  • Coach Agile teams on SAFe principles and foster collaboration across the ART.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of program objectives.

Requirements

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification (Mandatory)
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile project/program delivery
  • 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
  • Strong experience leading Agile Release Trains (ART)
  • Hands-on experience with PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
  • Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile best practices
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, risks, dependencies, and impediments
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, * Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.
  • Experience with Agile transformations and enterprise-scale delivery.
  • PMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Local candidates in or near Juno Beach, FL are strongly preferred.
