UX Consultant

Develop and establish dashboard design standards, best practices, and reusable templates for Power BI and other analytics tools.

• Standardize layouts, navigation, filter placement, KPI hierarchy, color schemes, and overall usability to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Define user personas and map out analytics user journeys by conducting stakeholder interviews and analyzing reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to improve analytics adoption, user engagement, and trust in enterprise data products.
• Create recommendations for dashboard usability and business outcomes based on user interaction analyses.
• Help define the vision and information architecture for a centralized reporting repository, focusing on discoverability, governance, and user access.
• Collaborate with technical teams to influence dashboard and reporting environment design prior to platform rollout.
• Advise on integration of AI-enabled self-service analytics experiences for future scalability.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders (e.g., Travis Cox) to gather, translate, and implement feedback into actionable UX/design recommendations.
• Present design concepts, wireframes, and recommendations to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Develop and recommend user enablement and training strategies to drive analytics tool onboarding and adoption.
