Job description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to design and build scalable, secure, and resilient payment processing platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader with a strong FinTech, Financial Services, or Banking background who enjoys building cloud-native backend systems and mentoring engineering teams., * Lead backend development, platform engineering, and system integrations

Requirements
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core
- Azure Cloud (preferred), Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture
- RESTful APIs, OAuth2, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus
- CI/CD and DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
- Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, Prometheus
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
- Secure coding practices, PCI DSS/SOC 2, Agile, and JIRA
