Integration / CDS Engineer

This position is responsible for the development, configuration control, deployment, and testing of specific system configurations with a primary emphasis on Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) integration. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless CDS implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Travel to remote locations may be required to perform installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting., * Assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues.

• Develop configurations to support testing and prototypes of developing systems.
• Create and modify scripts to perform data analysis of message data.
• Troubleshoot test and prototype issues, and develop corresponding procedures and documentation.
• Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, test, and network documents.
• Automate scripting to configure and maintain remote hosts.

Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense --Top Secret clearance as a condition and continuation of employment., Experience: Generally has 5+ years of related experience. Experience with network management and monitoring systems is required, along with an understanding of standard security practices such as STIG compliance. Proven network traffic analysis, diagnostic, and troubleshooting experience is necessary.

Education: A Bachelor of Science in a computer science field or significant equivalent experience is required.

Certifications: Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher prior to the start date. Examples include Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, or SCNA.

Professional Skills: Must be an effective communicator with writing and presentation skills using office software. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently on large field projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Radiant Mercury is desired.
• Experience planning and supporting the deployment of network infrastructure is desired.
• Prior C2BMC network experience is a plus.
• Proven experience with Ansible or other automation tools is preferred.
• Working experience with GitLab or Maven is desired.
