Performance Testing Lead

We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Lead with 10+ years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering. The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in JMeter, performance test planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting. Experience leading performance testing teams and working in client-facing environments is required. Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience is preferred. Mandatory Skills * 10+ years of Performance Testing experience * 4+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter (Mandatory) * 5+ years of experience as a Performance Test Lead * Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering * Expertise in: + Load Testing + Stress Testing + Spike Testing + Endurance (Soak) Testing + Scalability Testing * Strong understanding of performance metrics: + Response Time + Throughput + Latency, Performance test planning and strategy + Test scenario design + Workload modeling + Test scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting + Performance monitoring and bottleneck analysis * Basic programming/scripting skills in Java and JavaScript * Experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
