Job description

  • Experienced in leading the optimization of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions, with the ability to resolve complex issues and drive best practices for enterprise-scale DDI operations.
  • Experienced in Cisco DNA Center, with the ability to lead the optimization of network automation, assurance, and policy features to support large-scale enterprise operations.
  • Knowledgeable in Cisco Routing and Switching, with the ability to lead the implementation, and troubleshooting of complex, large-scale network infrastructures.
  • Aware of advanced Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) features, with the ability to lead the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex access control and authentication policies.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices.
  • Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis.
  • Promotes a collaborative and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
