Job description
We are looking for a service-oriented IT Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, supporting end users, and growing into cloud administration, automation, and cybersecurity.
The IT Support Coordinator will provide technical support to more than 100 employees located throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, and Asia. This role combines end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, device management, AI enablement, automation, data governance, equipment lifecycle management, and user training.
The ideal candidate is service-oriented and enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, helping coworkers succeed through effective use of technology, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and AI.
During the onboarding period, this position will be primarily on-site in our El Segundo office. Following successful completion of training, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule with several days per week in the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- End user support
- Manage and resolve support requests in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Participate in security-related projects, training, and awareness initiatives
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Assist with the administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Entra and related services
- Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and permissions
- Support security, compliance, and governance initiatives
- Asset management & inventory
- Prepare, deploy, maintain, ship and recover company equipment
- Manage hardware and software inventories
- AI & automation
- Support the adoption and responsible use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies
- Assist with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- BS degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field from an accredited institution with relevant coursework or experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
- Experience with ticketing systems and support workflows
- Interest in AI, automation, scripting, or low-code solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates commitment to continuous learning and a service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds for equipment deployment and installation
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps), Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, Monday.com, or AWS is a plus
