Job description
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role ensures the availability, performance, and integrity of servers, operating systems, cloud services, networks, and enterprise applications while providing technical support and implementing technology solutions that enable business objectives., * Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, telecommunications, and system configurations.
- Manage system backups, data storage, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor system and network performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Configure and maintain email systems, endpoint protection, and other security solutions.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and technology assets.
- Design, deploy, and support hardware, operating systems, network solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Maintain system documentation, inventory records, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with management, users, and global IT colleagues to identify business needs and develop technology solutions.
- Support the planning, procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and services.
- Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to end users.
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) - Onboarding, app deployment and policy management.
- Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives.

- Analyze issues, make decisions, and implement effective technical solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate with users, coworkers, management, and external partners.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and resolve system, network, and software problems.
- Maintain equipment inventories and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of IT systems, processes, and services.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in one or more of the following areas:
o Information Technology o Computer Science o Information Systems o Network Administration o Cybersecurity o Other computer related field
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience with scripting languages
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Server hardware, operating systems, and software knowledge
- English language required
Abilities:
- Available to travel, if needed (Domestic and International)
