Job description
The Administrator, Store Systems supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Pearle Vision's store systems. This role provides operational support for customer transaction systems, partners with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployments, and helps enhance the in-store experience through reliable technology and standardized processes., * Support the implementation, standardization, and ongoing maintenance of store systems to ensure consistent execution.
- Build collaborative relationships with stores, field teams, business partners, IT, and vendors.
- Assist with POS initiatives, including testing, issue tracking, releases, and deployments.
- Support Customer Care with Order Tracker enhancements and implementation.
- Help improve customer transaction processes and store system functionality.
- Maintain processes supporting live store systems, release management, and sustainment activities.
- Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Develop job aids, training materials, and implementation tools to support field adoption.
- Track project milestones, communicate status updates, and coordinate issue resolution between business and technical teams.
- Assist in planning and executing system releases aligned with business priorities.
- Prepare project communications for distribution.
- Provide operational support to stores while meeting service expectations.
- Work independently, manage competing priorities, escalate risks appropriately, and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and company values.
Requirements
- Strong project management, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential business information.
- Flexible work hours when business needs require.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.
- Ability to travel 25-50% depending on project requirements.
- Ability to deliver well-tested solutions that meet business needs., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of project management or related experience.
- 1-3 years in a technical, systems, or specialty retail environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality., * 3+ years of operations experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of retail and industry trends.
