Senior Systems Engineer (Remote)

The Senior Systems Engineer shall provide technical leadership supporting architecture, integration, sustainment, modernization, and lifecycle management of the client Equal Employment Opportunity Case Management System and Anti-Harassment platform. The position focuses on enterprise system integration, architecture development, infrastructure engineering, and technical solution implementation. Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, integrate, and maintain enterprise system architecture supporting Entellitrak applications.
• Develop and maintain system interfaces, APIs, database integrations, and middleware components.
• Support architecture modernization activities using DoDAF standards.
• Produce architecture artifacts, diagrams, interface documentation, and technical specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis of production issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Support software releases, environment management, deployment planning, and configuration management.
• Ensure system interoperability across production and non-production environments.
• Support cybersecurity implementation, vulnerability remediation, and accreditation activities.
• Collaborate with software developers, testers, and Government architects throughout the development lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience integrating enterprise Java/JEE applications.
• Experience with DoD architecture frameworks (DoDAF).
• Knowledge of database design, system integration, APIs, XML, SOAP, REST, and enterprise middleware.
• Experience supporting RMF, STIG implementation, and secure enterprise environments.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
