Senior UiPath RPA Technical Lead

Lead end-to-end UiPath solution delivery. Design automation frameworks and solution architecture. Gather requirements and identify automation opportunities. Develop, review, and deploy UiPath automations. Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, SAP, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. Manage deployments through UiPath Orchestrator. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure governance, security, and coding standards. Mentor developers and support CoE initiatives.

10 12 years of IT experience with 6 8+ years in UiPath. Experience leading enterprise RPA implementations and development teams., UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, Assets, Document Understanding, AI Center, Integration Service. Automation: Web, Excel, Email, PDF, OCR, SAP, Citrix. Programming: VB.NET/C#, SQL, REST APIs, Python (preferred). Architecture: Enterprise Automation, Security, Governance, High Availability, Disaster Recovery., Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Experience delivering multiple enterprise UiPath projects. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred UiPath Advanced Developer (UiARD) or Solution Architect certification. Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), IDP, Process Mining, Automation Hub, Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Azure/AWS. Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services domain experience.
