Job description

  • Manage day-to-day Planisware operations and user support.
  • Handle user administration, issue resolution, and ticket management.
  • Support UAT, releases, deployments, and change management activities.
  • Conduct user onboarding, training sessions, and office hours.
  • Maintain portfolio data integrity, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams across Global Program Management, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and RWE.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Requirements

Planisware Administration & Operational Support User Access Management & Incident Resolution UAT, Release Management & Change Management Reporting, Portfolio Data Management & Governance User Training, Documentation & SOP Creation Jira / Azure DevOps / ServiceNow (Preferred) Power BI & Advanced Excel (Preferred) Pharmaceutical R&D domain experience (Preferred) Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills
