Java Backend Developer-Independent Visa

Senior (602) candidates should demonstrate deeper technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS, and Terraform with the ability to mentor others and solve complex technical problems. Manager Notes Focus technical screening on Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS, SQL/Database, and CI/CD rather than Core Java alone. Candidates must clearly explain the AWS services, deployment process, Jenkins pipelines, and tools they have used in previous projects. AI-assisted development experience (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus. Backend experience is the priority; frontend work is minimal.
