- Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and automation capabilities that support digital case intake, records processing, and case review workflows
- Build and enhance solutions such as intelligent triage, document classification, duplicate case detection, electronic signature workflows, and automated data validation
- Develop production-ready pipelines, models, and application components using Python and cloud-based services to support secure, scalable delivery
- Deliver AI capabilities such as optical character recognition, computer vision, case summarization, workflow automation, and content generation for adjudication support
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, contribute to solution design, and help monitor model performance, quality, and accuracy across deployed capabilities

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or artificial intelligence development
- 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying data pipelines, artificial intelligence agents, or machine learning models into production environments
- Experience designing end-to-end artificial intelligence solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and cloud-based integration
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform artificial intelligence and machine learning services and cloud security protocols
- Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or optical character recognition solutions
- Experience with Python data engineering and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
- Experience developing automation capabilities for document processing, case summarization, workflow orchestration, or content generation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
