Job description
We are looking for an experienced AWS System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to support and modernize enterprise healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, RHEL, WebLogic, Oracle, and DevOps, with experience in cloud migration and automation., * Administer and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and RHEL servers.
- Manage WebLogic application servers and Java/J2EE applications.
- Support Oracle RDS, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Develop Proof of Concept (POC) for migrating legacy applications to AWS cloud-native architecture.
- Automate deployments and operational tasks using scripting and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application delivery and reliability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
- Expertise in RHEL, WebLogic, Oracle RDS, Java/J2EE, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Shell/Python scripting, Docker/Containers, and cloud migration.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and DevOps best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with JBoss, PostgreSQL, and healthcare applications.
- Familiarity with AWS modernization and microservices architecture.
