ServiceNow Patching Specialist; Managing the tasks to reduce complexity of Patching in AmAPAC - Microsoft Windows monthly release date - BU IT Promised patching selections for customers - Automation tools SCCM/Ansible/Jenkins - SNOW as single source of truth Move away from Spreadsheets and complexity for patching and drive the SOP for 'keeping the lights on' - SNOW as single source of truth - Continuous Improvement and best practice processes CMDB driven Change Model Continuous Improvement - CAB -Move to standard change model for patching Repository for patches - Alignment with Global functions and drive single shared repository Automation & Third-party providers process ownership -Suraksha and Apps teams/functions look for opportunities to drive automation and standards
