Salesforce Platform Product Owner

• Assess productivity, monitor schedule compliance, evaluate work quality, and ensure safety performance for assigned projects.
• Participate in walk-downs of planned work and validate the acceptance of completed work against design requirements.
• Verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocation, assess field status, and resolve issues as needed.
• Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local officials.
• Assist in scope control, budget oversight, and the resolution of technical issues.
• Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies.
• Coordinate activities for groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, and contract administration.
• Analyze key performance metrics and operational trends to support strategic decision-making.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field is required.

Experience: 6 - 10 years of experience managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination. Experience in the construction or renewables industry is needed.

Skills: Candidates must be able to translate platform risk into business impact for both technical and executive audiences. Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
