Job description

We are looking for an IT Tech bar Specialist to provide onsite technical support in a Tech Bar environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or Field Service Technician roles, along with experience supporting Active Directory Services and knowledge of AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Experience as a Help Desk Technician, Service Desk Analyst, or Field Service Technician
  • Experience supporting Active Directory Services
  • Knowledge of AI technologies
  • Service Desk experience

Preferred Certifications

  • CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA A+
  • ITIL
  • MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
