Strong domain knowledge of Phone Messaging technologies (SMS, MMS, RCS).
Hands-on experience in RCS (Rich Communication Services) and Universal Profile test automation.
Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and microservices architecture.
Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new technologies and solutions.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative architectures while assessing technical trade-offs.
