Job description

Summary: The Director of Information Systems is responsible for designing and enforcing policies and procedures that protect the organization's computing infrastructure from security breaches. This role oversees information security, IT risk management, SalesForce and IT service delivery. This role also identifies vulnerabilities and works with the IT team to resolve them, ensures that the organization's network and data remain secure, and partners with the CEO to ensure IT service delivery is kept current and innovative to meet ongoing threats and organizational IT expectations., * Lead in IT strategy & communications to the leadership team, and organization wide.

  • Lead the IS team in delivering IT service to the organization.
  • Manage relationship of CPA firm providing HIPAA compliance advisory
  • Responsible for Identifying vulnerabilities in our current network and developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure them.
  • Monitor network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Keep up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
  • Collaborate with management and the IT department to improve security posture.
  • Document any security breaches and assess the scope of impact.
  • Educate staff about security software and best practices for information security.
  • Draft & maintain current security & compliance policies.
  • Oversees and has a deep understanding of Client Services data collection and reporting needs.
  • Oversees all Salesforce responsibilities for all departments of the agency.
  • Project lead on all Salesforce initiatives agency and will engage with other agency-wide Salesforce staff and lead stakeholders throughout the project discovery and conduct requirements gathering to understand business needs for project-based enhancements
  • Build out future Salesforce needs for departments based on collaboration with department leads.
  • Manages the Program Salesforce Manager and IT Specialist, along with the relationships of other IT and systems vendors that are connected to our Information Systems department.
  • Continue to innovate and build out systems that will improve efficiency using Information Systems and security safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Salesforce product knowledge, with two to five years of Salesforce Experience

  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience with technology business-driven processes

  • Two to three years of experience managing a team in Information Technology.

  • Detail-oriented individual with a high degree of accuracy while processing tasks efficiently.

  • Familiarity with data collection and dashboard creation.

  • Familiarity with HIPPA guidelines and regulations.

  • Ability to solve problems alone or with others.

  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain consistency.

  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

  • Sound administrative skills and solid knowledge of general office procedures.

  • Skill in interpersonal relations to ensure effective communication with a multicultural population.

  • Expertise and Training experience with Office 365 & Microsoft Azure

  • Strong skills and experience with project management and addressing needs across multiple departments.

  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality work

Education/ Experience

Required:

  • Salesforce product knowledge with two years of experience and hands-on administration experience with [Sales Cloud or Salesforce product]
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • SQL Data Base experience and general database administration experience
  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Technology

Desirable:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
