Job description

  • Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets related to property listings, market trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations within the real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarise analytical results and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor market performance and generate regular reports that provide insights into key business metrics.

This is a full-time, fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive our business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a keen interest in the real estate market, helping our trusted advisors and stakeholders make informed decisions based on comprehensive market analysis., * Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Advanced skills in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
