At Autonodyne we specialize in the command and control of autonomous vehicles. Our software suite sits at the nexus of Human-Machine Interface & Autonomy Behaviors. We are searching for a Cloud & Network Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate can effectively provide technical engineering support to ensure the development, security, and availability of cloud systems, networks, and related hardware and software within the organization., * Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, account access, network connectivity, printing, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and associated peripheral equipment.
- Administrate cloud services and solutions to include cloud virtualized environments, servers, networks, M365 services like Intune, Purview and Entra.
- Manage user account provisioning, password resets, group memberships, permissions and employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Deploy and maintain operating systems, software applications, security updates, patches, configuration policies, and endpoint protection tools.
- Monitor system health, backups, storage capacity, antivirus status, and operational alerts.
- Troubleshoot basic wired, wireless, VPN, firewall, and network connectivity issues in coordination with network and security personnel.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories, equipment assignment records, licensing information, and device lifecycle documentation.
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge-base articles, standard operating procedures, system configuration records, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- 1-2 years experience as a System Administrator or other IT related role.
- Proficient general information systems knowledge and applications to include knowledge regarding secure configuration of different operating systems, networking equipment and cloud computing environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and resolve technical security problems efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- US Citizenship required., * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Comp TIA Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II Certification.
- Active DoD SECRET Clearance or above.
- Experience administrating specific tools to include Jira, Confluence, GitLab and others.
- Industry experience in the autonomy software and/or unmanned systems field., * Bachelor's (Required), * System Administration: 1 year (Required)
