This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams to ensure CRM data accuracy, improve data processes, and support marketing automation efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, maintaining system integrity, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting., The CRM Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining CRM functionality, ensuring data quality, and supporting users across the organization., * Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Support marketing automation initiatives through ClickDimensions.
- Clean, validate, and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain records, fields, forms, workflows, and system configurations.
- Audit CRM workflows and processes to ensure ongoing functionality and efficiency.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new CRM users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Requirements
We're seeking an early- to mid-career professional with approximately 1-5 years of experience administering CRM platforms, managing data quality, and supporting business users. This organization is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support and optimize its CRM platform., * Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and database structures.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accurate and reliable data.
- Interest in expanding knowledge of CRM strategy and marketing analytics.
