Job description
This is a senior-level role responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple platforms and systems, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, scalability, and long-term maintainability. This role drives solution strategy, establishes technical patterns, and leads major initiatives across the organization., Lead end-to-end Application architecture and delivery of complex, multi-system solutions Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs Design intuitive UI/UX solutions and create Figma wireframes and prototypes to support business and technical requirements Communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable information Establish and enforce technical standards, governance, and best practices Drive solution design across Power Platform, Azure, SQL, APIs, and enterprise systems Lead major initiatives, epics, and cross-team programs Own critical incidents and perform root cause analysis Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and roadmap priorities Mentor and coach junior Technical Analysts Ensure audit readiness and security compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM major, required Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or MBA, preferred 7-10 years of experience Advanced knowledge of SDLC Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD Advanced SQL Server experience Strong API and integration experience Expertise in Power Platform Programming experience (.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript) Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
