Job description

The Business Intelligence & Systems Integration Manager will lead the development and integration of business systems while creating reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with project management to improve data flow, automate processes, and deliver business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making., * Design and manage integrations between internal applications, third-party software, and cloud platforms.

  • Develop and maintain SQL databases, ETL processes, APIs, and automated data workflows.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable business insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance across multiple platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional integration and business intelligence projects from planning through implementation.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and develop scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
  • Document system architecture, integrations, and technical processes while promoting best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience integrating multiple business systems, developing reporting solutions with Microsoft Power BI, and managing technical projects from concept through implementation., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, database development, systems integration, data engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or other relational databases.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboards, reports, and data modeling.
  • Experience with APIs, ETL processes, and integrating multiple business applications.
  • Proven experience managing technical projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or other cloud data platforms.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Integration of ERP, CRM, accounting, retail, distribution, or enterprise business systems.
  • Experience with data governance and security best practices.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
