Job description

We are looking for a full-time Information Technology (IT) Officer to join our team at our main administrative office. The IT Officer is responsible for the operation, security, and maintenance of the Bank's network and systems infrastructure. This role ensures reliable performance of IT systems while supporting ongoing control validation, risk assessment activities, and regulatory compliance. The position serves as a key technical leader responsible for strengthening IT governance through security reviews, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, risk assessments, and maintaining accurate system documentation. The IT Officer serves as a technical resource supporting infrastructure operations, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in current infrastructure technologies, operating systems, cybersecurity tools, and IT management platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support Bank goals/objectives.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (banking preferred)
  • Working knowledge of FFIEC guidance, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and other applicable banking regulatory standards.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible IT infrastructure or systems administration experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range: $120,000-$155,000/annually
