A nonprofit organization based in Denver is looking to add members to their rapidly growing IT team. The company is focused on securing financial support for families. With a growing support network of 13 states in counting they are dedicated to their founding principles
TSeeking a Development Manager to own and enhance ACE Scholarships' customer-facing technology platforms and digital experiences. This individual will serve as the long-term owner of websites, applications, portals, automations, and development vendors while partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on technology leadership role focused on application ownership, vendor management, platform strategy, and customer experience enhancements. The aim is to improve the experience of families, schools, donors, and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys balancing technical execution with innovation, automation, and customer experience improvements.
This role is focused on long-term ownership and management of the technology ecosystem. A separate Build Lead will be utilized to accelerate initial platform development and modernization efforts.
Requirements
5+ years supporting or managing business applications, web platforms, or customer-facing systems
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development & Platform Enhancements; platform customization, workflows, portals, and integrations.
Strong understanding of web applications, APIs, and system integrations
Experience managing external development teams, consultants, or technology vendors
AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM) Experience working in a non profit environment
Experience with modern front-end and back-end development technologies preferred.
Benefits & conditions
Compensation range: $90,000 to 130,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
