Job description
Core Developer & Administrator Responsibilities Workflow Automation: Help creates Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and custom workflows using Flow Designer to automate IT processes. Service Portal Development: Assist with designs and builds custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Service Catalog Creation: Builds Service Catalog items, record producers, and multi-level approvals for employee requests. Access & Security: Support with user roles, groups, ACL permissions, and configures SSO/LDAP integrations. SLA & Reporting: Assist with configures SLA/OLA agreements and designs real-time dashboards to track team performance.
Platform Architect & Leadership Responsibilities Technical Governance: Provides coding best practices, update set management, and multi-instance deployment strategies. Agile Leadership: Provides technical design reviews, authors integration specs, and mentors junior developers. Upgrades & Cloning: Support with platform upgrades across major releases, resolves update set conflicts, and runs automated regression tests (ATF). Integrations: Provides assistance with ServiceNow integration with third-party tools (like Jira, PagerDuty, and Splunk) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Specialized Module Responsibilities ITSM & CMDB: Assist with setting up Incident, Problem, and Change modules while maintaining a healthy, mapped CMDB. HR Service Delivery (HRSD): Provides configures HR Case Management, Case Types, and Employee Centers. Asset Management (HAM/SAM): Assist with hardware and software asset tracking to ensure license compliance. Business Analysis: Assist with gathering business requirements, designs "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" processes, and drafts user stories in Agile sprints.
