Backend Engineer- Nearshore

We're looking for a strong Backend Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable systems and working hands on with modern cloud native technologies. This role is ideal for someone with solid software engineering fundamentals who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python and Go

• Deploy and operate applications in Kubernetes, including hands on work with deployments, orchestration, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to build reliable, production ready systems

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions

• Containerize applications using Docker and support cloud native workflows

• Monitor system health and performance using Grafana and modern observability tools

• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance

Strong backend development experience with Python and/or Go

Hands on experience working with Kubernetes in real world environments

Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions

Experience with Docker and containerization

Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana preferred)

Solid software engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn quickly Experience building or supporting cloud native or distributed systems

A proactive mindset and ownership mentality

Comfort working in environments where priorities evolve quickly
