Job description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Navy client in Pensacola, FL.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

  • Performs Project Management (PM) functions in accordance with PM best practices for integration of Navy NMCI Lead project initiatives, data analytics, and technology support
  • Provides IT Business Intelligence responsibilities, to include data analytics through database system querying and report building using Power Apps
  • Supports IT Program Operations in management and oversight of Active Directory and File Share services.
  • Applies technical and project management expertise in collaboration with other team members to develop requirements, identify tasking, manage project execution, recognize, report, and remediate issues representing schedule risk.
  • Provide suggestions to improve project execution and complete project deliverables on behalf of the NETC CIO staff.
  • Organize, direct, coordinate, and communicate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects, including configuration management, change management, and resource coordination, * Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
  • Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds

Requirements

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
  • 6 years of related experience.
  • Be able to pass a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Functional expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Navy Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) baseline certification to include CompTIA Security
  • IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level.

What Sets you apart:

  • BA or BS degree from an accredited institution in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, etc.)
  • IT project management experience supporting Navy or DoD network systems, especially the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI Experience in PowerShell, Visual Basics, and Active Directory Data Querying
  • Experience with Group Permissions within Active Directory
  • Experience in Active Directory, File Share Management, Business Intelligence Analytics, in support of Navy programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting, reviewing, and editing technical graphs, briefs, or documents
  • Evidence of being detail oriented with strong critical thinking in areas of IT process analysis / process improvement
  • Possesses Good Team Skills having the ability to coordinate and work well with others
