Job description
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering and support enterprise adoption of Microsoft AI technologies across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on platform engineering, administration, configuration, integration, testing, governance, and operational enablement of Microsoft Copilot and related AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is a Microsoft 365 platform engineer or administrator who understands enterprise technology ecosystems and is interested in expanding their expertise in AI-enabled workplace technologies. This position is focused on platform enablement and operations rather than traditional software development., * Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Copilot and related Microsoft 365 AI capabilities.
- Implement and maintain solutions built with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Agents, Copilot Skills, and Microsoft AI Services.
- Configure integrations between Microsoft AI technologies and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and other business applications.
- Support the development and management of Copilot skills, connectors, and data access solutions.
- Evaluate new Microsoft AI features and assess their enterprise applicability, integration requirements, security and compliance considerations, and operational impacts.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, deployment recommendations, and operational procedures.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, use cases, and validation activities while documenting results.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, infrastructure, and business partners to implement solutions that align with enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot platform, configuration, integration, and operational issues.
- Support enterprise rollout and adoption of emerging Microsoft AI technologies.
- Help design secure interactions between users, systems, data sources, and AI-powered capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Engineering.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Agents, and AI-enabled Microsoft solutions.
- Strong platform configuration, integration, and enterprise technology troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements.
- Strong technical documentation, testing, and solution enablement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Graph experience.
- Microsoft Entra ID experience.
- Power Platform and AI capabilities experience.
- Identity and Access Management expertise.
- Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience.
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- Experience in areas such as Collaboration Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cloud Administration.
