Job description
Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Advanced GenAI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agent frameworks, Python development, and cloud technologies. This role involves building scalable AI applications that integrate with enterprise systems while ensuring security, performance, and governance., * Design and develop enterprise GenAI applications
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agents
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and APIs
- Develop scalable backend services using Python
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance
- Work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployments
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, Mistral)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks
- Experience implementing RAG using vector databases
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model optimization
- Experience building AI Agents and multi-agent workflows
- REST API development using FastAPI or Flask
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices
- Knowledge of financial services or banking domain
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment
- Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, or Snowflake
- Experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
