Job description

Lead a team of software engineers responsible for the development and support of ET&T applications, analytics platforms, diagnostic tools, and automation solutions.

Define technical architecture, development standards, and software engineering best practices to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, and Product teams to identify business requirements and deliver software solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Manage and supervise external contractor companies and software development partners, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to technical standards, project milestones, budget commitments, security requirements, and overall alignment with ET&T business objectives.

Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and automation technologies to enhance quality processes and decision-making.

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Manage project priorities, resource planning, budgets, and delivery schedules for multiple concurrent initiatives.

Mentor and develop team members through technical coaching, performance management, and career development planning.

Promote continuous improvement through automation, code quality, DevOps practices, and process optimization.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and corporate governance requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Master preferred.

Software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership or people management roles.

Strong experience with cloud technologies, web application development, APIs, databases, and modern software architectures.

Experience leading cross-functional software projects and global teams.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing diagnostic tools, engineering productivity tools, or quality analytics platforms.

Experience with AI/LLM technologies, multi-agent systems, data lakes, and advanced analytics.

Knowledge of server, storage, datacenter, or enterprise infrastructure products.

PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certification.

Experience with Power BI, Python, Azure, SQL, and enterprise data platforms.
