Staff Android Developer

I'm looking to connect with experienced Staff Android Engineers who are passionate about building high-performance mobile applications and leading technical initiatives. This is 100% remote roles for candidates locatedacross Canada, the U.S. orMexico.

We're looking for someone with:

• 7+ years of Android development experience
• Strong Kotlin, Java & Android SDK expertise
• MVVM / Clean Architecture
• CI/CD, Git & release management
• Performance optimization and scalable mobile applications
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Bonus: Video streaming, WebRTC, RTSP/RTP, H.264/H.265, SIP, FFMPEG

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll help shape architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver next-generation connected mobile experiences.
