Parsons is looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect to join our team! In this role you will be a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping, guiding, and governing the enterprise-wide technology and business architecture to enable sustainable business outcomes. This role proactively and holistically partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, product managers, product owners, and distributed delivery teams to drive transformation, innovation, and operational excellence.
This candidate will enjoy a 100% remote work arrangement. Preference for Eastern or Central Time zones. Travel approximately 25% of the time, could go to 50% during peak timeframes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Translates strategic business goals into actionable enterprise architecture blueprints and capability models.
- Guides multi-disciplinary teams in designing and delivering integrated, end-to-end solutions across business domains, platforms, and ecosystems.
- Identifies and manages architectural risks, technical debt, and complexity, ensuring the long-term health and agility of the enterprise landscape.
- Establishes and promotes architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures to drive consistency and reuse across the organization.
- Influences investment decisions and prioritization through architecture assessments, value-case development, and alignment with strategic roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of equivalent experience as a technical consultant in a related industry, including supervisory experience.
- Experience presenting information/assessments/recommendations to senior executives
- Proficient experience with various business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
- Proficient with Cloud Platforms (i.e., AWS and Azure at a minimum) as well as hybrid and on Premise environments.
- Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management.
- Proficient with enterprise architecture tools, related graphical models, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of management and executive management.

Salary Range: $157,500.00 - $283,500.00
