Job description
- Evaluating processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (using ESRI and MAVEN Smart Systems)
- Leading ongoing reviews of current operations processes and developing optimization strategies
- Respond to live requests and events with clients
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Developing visualizations for high priority client needs using mapping and data science tools, all within MAVEN Smart Systems
- Performing requirements analysis
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and visualizations
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
- Ensuring solutions meet client needs and requirements through internal reviews
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
- Updating, implementing, documenting, and maintaining procedures
- Prioritizing initiatives based on client needs and requirements
- Managing competing resources and priorities
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearanceo Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance
- Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of military, GIS, or data analysis related equivalent experience may be used in lieu of degree
- THREE (3) or more years' experience in IT or Data Analysis
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Experience with MAVEN Smart Systems or Palantir systems
- Experience using ESRI products and geospatial tools
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments and operations
- Experience with transportation management systems
- Experience supporting or delivering large scale IT system deployments
Benefits & conditions
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
