Service Now Developer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integration with enterprise IAM systems.

*3-5 years of experience administering ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment. *3+ years of experience implementing or managing identity management solutions within ServiceNow. *Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML and cloud identity providers. *Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. *Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration. *Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning. *Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. *Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices Skills Servicenow, Java, Javascript, ITSM, EIM, IAM, Integrations, Development, Software development, powershell, IOTM, HAM PRO, SQL Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
