SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant

Role Descriptions: Germantown SAP OTC consultant10+ Years of Hands on experience in SAP SD - ECC and S/4HANA Systems Trouble shoot| diagnose| and resolve daily OTC tickets/incidents within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Manage day-to-day operations spanning order management| pricing| shipping| and invoicing.Collaborate with technical/ABAP teams to fix bugs and apply system corrections Design| configure| and test new enhancements.Write functional specifications for customized reports| interfaces| enhancements| and workflows.Conduct FUT (Functional Unit Testing)| SIT (System Integration Testing)| and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Good hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
