Smart Connected Warehouse Analyst

Join John Deere Part Services as a Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) Analyst and help modernize warehouse operations using data and advanced technology. This role focuses on improving efficiency, safety, and productivity through data-driven solutions and system implementations.

What You'll Do

• Support implementation of modern warehouse systems and tools
• Use Power BI, Python, and SQL to analyze data and improve operations
• Assist with warehouse modernization initiatives (automation, digital tools, etc.)
• Train warehouse staff on new systems and processes
• Create training materials and provide on-site support
• Troubleshoot system and implementation issues
• Support Parts IT Modernization (PITM) deployments across facilities

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field (recent grads encouraged)
• 1+ year of experience in operations, engineering, or related environment (internships count)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI
• Exposure to warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems
• Training or end-user support experience

Additional Details

• PPE required: Metatarsal safety boots (reimbursed up to $160)
• Hands-on role supporting both office and warehouse floor operations
