Product Owner - Customer Solutions Portal (CSP)
As a Product Owner you'll be at the forefront of transforming digital experiences in a dynamic and innovative environment! As a critical member of our team, you'll prioritize and shape the product backlog, turning visionary ideas into actionable user stories that deliver tangible value.
With an unwavering focus on collaboration, you'll work alongside talented partners to define and refine features that align with our strategic goals. Your insights will guide the delivery team, ensuring solutions that delight users and meet business demands.
Responsibilities:

Define, refine, and prioritize the backlog for the delivery team.

Develop clear and actionable user stories for the delivery team to implement.

Communicate team capacity and workload to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Product Manager in developing and planning product strategy.

Manage features and user stories from initiation through to acceptance.

Sign-off on completed features and communicate any trade-offs made during the development cycle to leadership and stakeholders.

Continuously refine the product backlog to ensure tasks are well-defined.

Identify and communicate risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.

Participate in and prepare for product planning sessions, including Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Quarterly Planning.

Create release communications and conduct product demonstrations.

Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team.

Keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates.

- Have 2+ years of experience using Jira, Figma, and other agile delivery tools.
- Comprehend the technical implications of design and development choices.
- Build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration across teams.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $63.00/hr.
