Machine Programmer

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position is responsible for programming and adjusting manufacturing equipment, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards., Program and adjust machine settings according to production requirements Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing specifications Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency Maintain accurate machine settings and production quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures Assist with additional production duties as assigned

The ideal candidate has previous machine programming or manufacturing experience, strong technical aptitude, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced production environment.
