Job description
What we're looking for: Someone who will be responsible for developing, documenting and supporting standardized and/or customized reports from the bank's information databases., * Work with business stakeholders to define reporting needs/requirements.
- Create ad hoc reports for business as needed.
- Provide guidance to less-experienced staff associated with report-writing applications.
Requirements
- You have experience with Cognos Report Studio or similar tools
- You have experience with Enterprise Workflow or similar tools
- You have the ability to read and write SQL
- You possess problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- You have a demonstrated ability to work with and effectively communicate ideas across business and technical groups
- You care about your community and have a desire to be involved., * Minimum of three (3) years' experience creating and designing reports and dashboards
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or five (5) five (5) years' experience with database report writing or five (5) years' experience in a supervisory banking role

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high traffic during peak service times. This position will require driving to different locations at times which will result in some tasks being performed in venues (internal and/or external of the Bank) other than the assigned office. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day.
The individual responsible for this role must be able to perform job functions with indirect supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently. The individual must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers. This position requires regular and reliable attendance.
